WHAT ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PC PACKAGES?

Your computer or server must have certain requirements to run our PC program. For the operating system we recommend Windows 7, 8 or 10. Microsoft Office is required if you want to use the Excel reports. Make sure you install the Office 32 bit version. The operating system of your PC can be 64 bit. It is also important that your screen resolution is at least 1280x1024.

CAN I INSTALL A PC PACKAGE ON A SERVER?

Yes this is possible. This way you can work with multiple users in the same administration. The installation is carried out by a BRIGHT Software employee. Call +31 13 504 6004 to make an appointment for the installation.

WHAT ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS OF A TABLET OR SMARTPHONE?

The health registration program can also be used in combination with a tablet or smartphone. If you buy it yourself, make sure it has a recent version of Android (Minimum version 4.2.0). It is also advisable to purchase a protective cover.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO DO A GTSKV NOTIFICATION, WHAT TO DO NOW?

If you want to do a GTSKV transport message from I&R Cattle and you fail to do so, you will receive an error message. Often the error message indicates what you need to correct. If this is not possible, please call the helpdesk of BRIGHT Software. Information on telephone reporting can be found on the GTSKV website.

HOW CAN I VIEW THE SENT / INBOX ITEMS OF BRIGHT-EXCHANGE?

Via your own login details for the BRIGHT Portal, you can login and view your messages. To do so, go to Messages --> BRIGHT-Exchange-->In/out boxes.
